Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors provide school direction & planning, policy, and accountability. This body serves in the function of the elder/overseer, meeting regularly, frequently to pray, plan and “look over the hill”. The Board has primary responsibility for the finances of the school, both in provision and planning. It is of vital importance that the Board be composed primarily by southern Africans to ensure that the School have strong ownership from the culture within which it is ministering.

Board of Advisors:
The Board of Advisors provide constructive input into strategic direction and ongoing evaluation of the school’s effectiveness in training and ministry application. This body meets occasionally to pray, review and evaluate. The Advisory Board should have a majority of members who are actively engaged in transformational Christian ministry within their community, individuals capable of serving as mentors and models for the School.

Staff:
The Staff provide the ongoing leadership, mentoring, education, & tactical application of the policies established by the Board of Directors. Freedom to make manage & make decisions is encouraged, but within the established budget and policy parameters. The staff has primary responsibility for the education, management, and training of students, staff and facilities. The staff shall come from a variety of Christian backgrounds and heritages, bringing a wealth of perspectives to our School, yet always in keeping with our core values and beliefs. Just as important as the instructional role of the staff, in actions and attitude the staff will model servant leadership and the demonstration of healthy Christian community together.
