Please read the information below thoroughly before you begin filling out your forms. Your application will NOT be processed until we receive all your reference forms. Please ensure that all your references complete and send them into our office as soon as possible. To expedite your application process we recommend sending documents via E-mail wherever possible. These documents MUST be received before we can process your application.
1. Application Fee
A nonrefundable application fee of R175 ($25 US for those outside of Africa) is to be forwarded with the application. Your application cannot be processed without it. Please refer to the “Tuition and Scholarships” section and the downloadable forms for details.
2. Application Form & Proof of Medical Insurance
This must be filled out by you and submitted for consideration to the school.
3. Financial Agreement
Please read the financial requirements carefully and sign the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY in your Application Form.
4. Reference Forms
On each of the three Confidential Reference Forms fill in your personal information and distribute to your Pastor/Leader and to two other people you know well (employer, teacher, friend). As these forms are confidential, please ask them to complete the form and send it DIRECTLY to South Africa School of Ministry and Missions (E-mail address & P.O. Box below).
5. Photographs
Please submit two recent passport-size photos with your application. These can be sent via E-mail as well.
